My ideal world is a place where help has no ulterior motives
My ideal world is a place where a village spares its time to raise a child
A place where beauty has no price tag
A place where the existence of a society lies in edifying one another
A place where family is the source of comfort, peace, security and love
A place where times change but morals and principles remain unruffled
And, judgement is taboo
Everyone is audible regardless of their individuality
A place where level of respect is not measured by how fat one’s wallet is
A place where relationships are built on trust, love and commitment,
Not forged by sex, money or guilt
A place where spoken words of love, forgiveness and change are confirmed by actions
My ideal world is a place where trends and money come and go, and times change but the meaning of love and humanity does not change with them
Both in speech and action.
You might call it wishful thinking or ignorance to reality
But what is the point of living without hope?
